We provide tiered Help Desk subscriptions, starting as low as $100 per month, which include monthly remote support hours, proactive 24/7 monitoring of mission critical devices yielding a predictable cost for IT maintenance budgeting. Flexible support tiers provide a custom mix of remote assistance and onsite support. All Help Desk clients receive a 15% discount on labor rates.

Our consultants design, configure, install and maintain every aspect of Microsoft Windows servers, networks and workstations. We have a proven track record of stability and reliability that our clients have come to expect. Our research and experience have shown that operating systems designed for business are the best choice for a mission-critical environment. For this reason, we do not support any home operating systems.

We have a great deal of experience providing VPN (virtual private network) connectivity for remote offices, mobile users and individuals working from home. Because we focus on what is proven to work consistency and reliably, we are able to offer competitive pricing for Exchange Server installation/support Workstation initialization, VPN creation, Active Directory maintenance, and more.

Spam Protection

Stop spam, phishing, scams, viruses and other Internet pollution with AppRiver's SecureTide™ Spam and Virus Protection, provided by Quo Vadis LLC. SecureTide™ is an easy to use, highly effective e-mail protection service, which requires no hardware or software and provides both inbound and outbound email protection, including a daily Held Mail Report. SecureTide™ is available through Quo Vadis LLC, at less than $1/user. Small businesses can have virtually no spam for $10/month!

Help Desk

The Help Desk is available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. If you call outside these hours, there will be an additional charge for after hours support. We keep the Biblical Sabbath which begins Friday evening at sundown and ends Saturday evening at sundown. We cannot work on the Sabbath; however, if your “ox is in a ditch” we will help if the situation is truly an emergency that cannot wait until the Sabbath is over.

Note: Quo Vadis provides limited support hours on United States Federal holidays and only emergency support on Biblical holy days (Leviticus 23).
