Our Network Care includes 24×7 monitoring of all your devices (that includes servers, workstations, printers, routers, etc.) so if something goes down, we know about it right away and can potentially avoid downtime.

Network Care Subscribers receive the following support:

  • Comprehensive Network Oversight, Management, and Remediation
  • Patch Management for servers (included) and workstations (optional for workstations)
  • Monitoring of Workstation Antivirus Software and remote removal of malware
  • Unlimited Remote Support during business hours
  • 30% discount for all Onsite Labor and Project Requests
  • Interfacing with all Third-Party (Hardware and Software) Vendors
  • Wise Counsel for any technology issue or question, for both Business Network and Home users

 

In addition, Network Care Subscribers receive support before hours, after hours, and weekends at no additional cost.

    • Email your query to service@quo.cc and a support ticket will automatically be created and queued for our Engineers to work. Our ticket system allows us to keep track of the support requests, as well as interface directly with our clients in order to communicate efficiently.

Life comes with complications. We can’t promise you won’t have any problems, but we can say that when they do arise, we’re here to help. Our goal is to provide a level of support that will maintain the stability and security of your Network so that you don’t have any trouble – and if you do, we’ve got it covered.

 

Help Desk Support

The regular support hours for the Quo Vadis Help Desk are from 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We always have an engineer on call after-hours, weekends, and Holidays! All after-hours support is billed at 1½ times our hourly rates (see below). Labor provided on Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. Federal Holidays shall be billed at double time.

 

Rates

Engineer: $130/hour
Lead Engineer: $165/hour
Associate Consultant: $195/hour
Consultant: $300/hour

 

Note: Quo Vadis Network Care clients receive 30% discount on these rates.
